Privacy notice

This notice explains what the enquiry form on avallo.io collects, why, and what happens to it. It follows the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

Who we are

Avallo is an action-time control for consequential AI actions, developed in partnership with TrustWorks360. In this notice, "we" means the Avallo team.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry, we collect the details you type into the form:

  • your name
  • your organisation
  • your work email address
  • your phone number, if you choose to give it
  • your message

To keep out automated submissions, the form uses Cloudflare Turnstile. Turnstile processes technical information about your browser and connection, such as your IP address, to decide whether the request comes from a person. Our hosting provider also keeps short-lived technical logs of requests to the site.

The site does not use analytics, advertising trackers or marketing cookies.

Why we collect it and how we use it

We use your details only to respond to your enquiry, for example to arrange a demonstration or discuss a pilot. We do not sell your details, and we do not add you to a marketing list.

Who sees it

Your enquiry is delivered by email to the Avallo team. To do that it passes through our service providers: Cloudflare, which hosts the site and runs the form, and our email provider, which delivers the message. These providers may process or store information outside Australia. We do not disclose your details to anyone else unless the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep your enquiry for as long as we need it to deal with you, and then delete it.

Access, correction and complaints

You can ask to see or correct the information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by sending a request through the enquiry form. If you have a privacy complaint, tell us the same way and we will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
